# Getting started with BAS

To get started using Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS), follow the steps below.

1. Once your CDM (Client Delivery Manager) lets you know your account has been provisioned, create a
[NetSPI Platform account](/start/quick-start/set-up-your-netspi-platform-account/#set-up-your-netspi-platform-account)
if you haven't already done so.
2. Visit [General navigation](/general-navigation/general-nav/#general-navigation) in the NetSPI Platform
for an overview and how to get around.
3. Return to the [Navigating BAS section](/bas/navigation/#navigating-bas) of the NetSPI Platform guide to learn how
to take advantage of all the Breach and Attack Simulation features.
