Global engagements
NOTE TO Diana: Revisit this page as it needs to be edited to be Global Engagements and I need to determine if it is internal facing only and if so, where it and other internal docs need to be published.
The All Engagements dashboard displays a table view of all your organization’s engagements.

Accessing the All Engagements dashboard
There are two ways to access the All Engagements dashboard:
- From the Home page by selecting View All in the Engagements tile.
- From the PTaaS module by selecting PTaaS -> Engagements in the left navigation.

1. Selectable engagement Statuses for all engagements
The top row provides a high-level count for all of your organization’s total active engagements, those engagements that have peer reviews requested and completed, and the total number of overdue engagements.
- Select Total Open Engagements to display a filtered list of all your engagements that are NOT in a state of Completed, Closed, Canceled, Pending Retest, QA In Progress, or Remediation Retest.
- Select Peer Review Requested to display a filtered list of all your engagements that have a state of Peer Review Requested.
- Select Peer Review Completed to display a filtered list of all your engagements that have a state of Peer Review Completed.
- Select Engagement Overdue to display a filtered list of all your engagements that have an end date of Today and a state that is NOT one of the following: Completed, Closed, Canceled, Pending Retest, QA In Progress, or Remediation Retest.

2. Table of all engagements
The Engagements table allows you to locate any engagement for your organization. Filter, sort, configure column display, and take bulk actions, such as adding and removing tags and exporting engagement data in a CSV format for any engagement.
Selecting any row of the engagements table displays that selected engagement’s details in the Engagement Details page.
