PTaaS Engagement details
Use the steps below to access details for any single engagement.
Hover over PTaaS in the side navigation, and then select Engagements to display the Engagements table.
Select any single Engagements table row to display the engagements details page for that engagement.
The Overview tab displays by default, and is where you can view the high level details for the engagement, such as recent comments, number of findings by severity level, the overall risk score, etc.
On the Overview tab, you can take the following actions:
- Read and view comments
- Hover over the Findings donut to see the total count of findings by severity
- Select the Learn More link to view more details about how the engagement’s overall security risk was determined
- Add tags for the engagement in the Overview section
- View engagement details, such as the engagement’s scope
Select any of the additional tags to view information and take action as outlined in the table below.

| Kickoff | View your engagement kickoff document that outlines the engagement’s high level objectives and scope |
| Documents | View all screenshots discovered for the engagement in a table display where you can search and filter and download a screenshot by selecting the Name value in each row |
| Reports | View all reports for the engagement in a table display where you can sort, filter, and export reports as a PDF file |
| Attack Narrative | Displays a table of links to any attack narratives that have been published for the selected engagement. Select any attack narrative to display the attack narrative details  See Working with attack narratives for more information. |
| Comments | View all comments for the engagement and add comments of your own Note: When you begin to type a comment, and abandon it midway to navigate elsewhere in the NetSPI Platform, for example, the comment text is saved as a draft. When you navigate back to the Comments tab, the top-most comment field displays the light-gray text "You have an un-posted comment," and selecting that field displays your draft, in-progress comment where you're able to complete it and then post the comment. |
