Actions in the PTaaS module

Within each Engagement, you can view the data described below on each tab and can take the following actions.

Engagements

On the Engagements page, you can take the following actions on the Engagements table:

• Take bulk actions (add and remove tags, export engagement data in CSV format, subscribe or unsubscribe from notifications)

• Apply filters

• Configure the table display for the Engagements table. Filter, sort, hide/display columns

• Take bulk actions on selected rows
